Court questions associations about swipe fee websites A federal judge will hear oral arguments about whether several business groups are misleading retailers with websites telling them to oppose a proposed settlement in a lawsuit over swipe fees, Dow Jones Business News reported. According to the news service, U.S. District Court Judge John Gleeson said in court Monday that the groups need to explain why they shouldn't correct information on the websites urging retailers to opt out of the settlement.
